8 week mindfulness course for adults (MBCT and MBSR)
The course runs for 8 weeks consisting of a weekly 2½-hour class and an extra full day at the end of week 6. Giving yourself the space and time to commit to the whole course is an important aspect. The home practice is equally important for which you will need to set aside approximately 45 minutes a day. The course manual and guided meditation CDs provided will support you.
The mindfulness courses are currently held in 'The Well’, a beautiful centre in Carrigtwohill, East Cork.
